According to police, the suspect used a handgun and fired multiple rounds at each location. Witnesses described him as a white male with a shaved head and a goatee, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. As of Thursday morning, law enforcement officers are actively searching for Louis. They have set up roadblocks, deployed SWAT teams, and are utilizing aerial surveillance to locate the suspect. The public has been urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity. Tulsa Police Chief Wendell Franklin described the shootings as “senseless and cowardly acts of violence.” He said that the department is working “tirelessly” to apprehend the suspect and bring justice to the victims and their families. Governor Kevin Stitt has condemned the shootings and ordered flags to be flown at half-staff statewide. He offered his condolences to the victims’ families and praised the efforts of law enforcement officers. The motive for the shooting spree is still unknown.
